TBX6 and LEF1:CTNNB1 (LEF1:beta-catenin) bound to the MSGN1 promoter act synergistically to promote transcription of MSGN1 (inferred from mouse homologs). MSGN1 is expressed in unsegmented paraxial mesoderm but expression ceases in nascent somites (Xi et al. 2017 and inferred from mouse homologs).
