Protein phosphatase 1F (PPM1F, also known as CaM-kinase phosphatase or CaMKPase) dephosphorylates the autophosphorylated threonine residue of CaMKII (CAMK2), thus inactivating CaMKII kinase activity (Ishida et al. 1998).
