The functional receptor for human Thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP) consists of two subunits, Cytokine receptor-like factor 2 (TSLPR) and Interleukin-7 receptor subunit alpha (IL7R) (Reche et al.2001).
This is a black box event since it is not clear whether this binding event occurs in association with other IL7 receptor complexes or independently.
