The E2F6 heterodimer with TFDP1 forms a complex with the heterodimer of MGA and MAX transcription factors. The E2F6:TFDP1:MGA:MAX complex is the core of the E2F6.com-1 complex and is able to bind to E2F, Myc and Brachyury (T box) binding elements in DNA (Ogawa et al. 2002).
