Experimental evidence in samples of patients with AML, shows that 32D myeloid cells transformed by IL-27RA (subunit which can be part of the Interleukin-35 receptor or Interleukin-27 receptor) contain elevated levels of activated forms of various signaling proteins incluiding Jak1, Jak2, Stat1, Stat3, (PMID:18003935).
