PTK6 (BRK) phosphorylates tumor suppressor DOK1 on tyrosine residue Y362. PTK6-mediated phosphorylation of DOK1 targets DOK1, through an unknown mechanism, for ubiquitin-dependent proteasome degradation (Miah et al. 2014).
