NICD1 PEST domain mutants are expected to stimulate transcription of HEY genes (HEY1, HEY2 and HEYL) in a similar manner to wild-type NICD1 (Fischer et al. 2004, Leimeister et al. 2000, Maier et al. 2000, Arnett et al. 2010).
