Previous phosphorylation of Cubitus Interruptus (CI) at Ser856 and Ser892 primes Shaggy (SGG) phosphorylation at Ser884 and Ser888. Ser852 can also be phosphorylated by SGG if it hasn't been previously phosphorylated by CKIalpha/DCO.
