A new research article entitled “ReactomeGSA - Efficient Multi-Omics Comparative Pathway Analysis” has been published in the Molecular & Cellular Proteomics journal. The paper discusses the novel ReactomeGSA resource for comparative pathway analyses of multi-omics datasets using our existing web interface and a novel R Bioconductor package with explicit support for scRNA-seq data.
