BDNF binds Ntrk2
A recombinant human BDNF binds to and activates a recombinant mouse Ntrk2 (TrkB) (Klein et al. 1991). Activation of rat Ntrk2 by human BDNF binding was also demonstrated (Soppet et al. 1991).
