Wnt5a binds Ror2 and Vangl2
Ror2 and Vangl2 form a complex in mouse limb buds in a Wnt5a-dependent manner. Formation of this complex regulates Vangl2 phosphorylation and is required to initiate the asymmetrical protein distributions that characterize the PCP pathway (Gao et al, 2011).
