Sumoylation of Ppargc1a with Sumo1
Ppargc1a (Pgc-1alpha) is sumoylated at lysine-183 with Sumo1 (Rytinki et al. 2009, Cai et al. 2012). Sumoylation reduces transcription activation by Ppargc1a.
